Corporate website design and setup

We build a website that fits your organization, works properly on phones and desktops, and can be read by search engines. We plan the page structure with you, show the site on a test address and publish it with your approval. Scope and price are set out in a written quote.

Scope

What is included

Every project has a different scope; the quote lists each included item one by one.

Last updated:

  • Responsive design that fits your corporate identity
  • Page structure and content layout, planned together: which page explains what
  • Domain, DNS and SSL setup
  • Contact form with KVKK consent
  • Basic SEO setup: titles and descriptions, sitemap, structured data, Search Console connection
  • WCAG 2.2 AA as the accessibility target
  • Optional content management panel
  • Training and a written handover document

Preparation

What we ask from you

  • Your logo and any corporate identity files
  • A short description of your organization and services; we can write the copy together
  • Photos and documents; if you have none, we work out what is needed together
  • Domain name details; if you do not have one, we help register it in your name
  • A decision maker who approves the copy and pages before launch

Process

With your approval at every step.

  1. 01

    Listening and scope

We listen to how your organization works, who you want to reach and where you stand today, then write down the page list and scope.

  2. 02

    Design and content layout

We prepare the page structure and design and submit them for your approval.

  3. 03

    Setup and testing

We open the site on a test address and check mobile, accessibility and the form together.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

We publish with your domain and SSL, give training and hand over the documentation.

About the service

What we deliver

A corporate website is where someone who is looking for your organization for the first time finds answers: what you do, who you serve and how to reach you. We design, build and publish those pages. At handover you do not just get an address; you also receive the page structure, the content layout, the admin and access details, and a short user guide.

The site is designed to open properly on phones, tablets and desktops. We handle the basic search engine settings as part of the setup: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and structured data, and we connect Search Console. The contact form comes with a KVKK consent checkbox that links to your legal pages. For accessibility we aim for WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast and meaningful labels are part of that.

How we work

We start by listening. We ask which services you want to put forward, who you want to reach and what does not work on your current site. Then we write down the page list and scope and submit it for your approval. Once the design and content layout are approved, we open the site on a test address and check the mobile view, the form and accessibility together with you. We publish only with your approval.

Who prepares the content

You can prepare the copy yourself or we can write it together; the quote states which. Files such as the logo, photos and documents come from you. If you do not have them, we work out together what is needed. The domain is registered in your name and stays with you after handover.

Optional content management

If you want to update the site yourself later, we can add content management to the scope. For that we set up a content management panel: an authorized person updates the pages from the panel and we give usage training. The scope of the panel is written in the quote. This part is optional. For a presentation site that changes a few times a year, static pages are often enough.

What determines time and price

We do not have a fixed price list because every site has a different scope. The price is shaped mostly by the number of pages, whether the design needs custom work, whether the content is ready, publishing in more than one language, forms and connections to other systems, and whether content management is included. Time depends on the same items and on how quickly approvals arrive. We write the estimated time into the quote together with the scope. The quote is prepared line by line and does not commit you.

After launch

We can publish the site on a server we manage; hosting is optional and quoted separately. We can also publish it on your own server or with a provider you choose. See hosting and maintenance for details, and SEO and GEO for making the site easier to find in search results and AI answers.

Pricing

The price is settled in a written quote

Because it depends on the scope, we do not write this service's price on the page. Tell us what you want; we will send the scope and price line by line in writing. A quote does not commit you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of pages and on whether the content is ready. We write the estimated time into the quote together with the scope.

Who writes the content?

You can prepare the copy yourself or we can write it together. The quote states which.

Whose name is the domain registered in?

Yours. The domain and its access details stay with you after handover.

Can I update the site myself later?

Yes, if you add content management to the scope. You can manage it through a panel, and we give usage training.

Can I host the site elsewhere?

Yes. Hosting is optional; you can publish the site on your own server or with a provider you choose.

Let us send you the scope in writing.

A quote does not commit you; we settle the scope together and price it line by line.
