About the service
What we deliver
This service covers Android app development and publishing the app on Google Play. The app is not delivered as code only; the Google Play Console account, the store listing, the privacy and data safety forms, the signing keys and the release routine are also set up. iOS is outside the scope of this service; if you need it, we assess it separately.
The Play Console account should be in your name
We open the Google Play Console developer account in the name of your business or yourself; the account stays with you. That way you are the publisher of the app, and if you want to work with another team tomorrow, you do not lose the app, the reviews or the statistics. During registration Google asks for identity and organization verification; you provide that information and we help you step by step. Depending on the account type, Google may have its own prerequisites; we settle them while writing the scope.
Store listing, privacy and the data safety form
The store listing includes the app name, short and long descriptions, screenshots, icon and category. A privacy policy address and the data safety form in Play Console are also required. The form asks you to declare which user data the app collects and shares, and it must be filled in consistently with what the app really does. We prepare the form knowing the app's code, but responsibility for data processing and the legal accuracy of the text belongs to your business.
Signing and test tracks
The app is signed before release. We set up the signing key securely and write down where it is kept in the handover document; if the key is lost, updating the app becomes difficult. Before release, the app is tried with selected users on internal and closed testing tracks. The requirements for closed testing can change with Google's rules at the time; we check the current rule while writing the scope.
Release and updates
The store review belongs to Google; we cannot decide its duration or result, we only make the preparation as complete as possible. After release, bug fixes and new features are published as versions. The first period of these updates can be included in the scope; maintenance after that is quoted separately. When a new Android version is released or Google changes its store rules, the app may need to adapt; we also handle such work in writing within the maintenance scope.
What determines time and price
Price and time are shaped mostly by the number of screens, user sign-in and account management, a connection to a server or API, features such as notifications, payments or location, whether the design needs custom work, and the account verification process on Google's side. Because every app has a different scope, we do not write a fixed price; we prepare the quote line by line and it does not commit you.
If the app needs a server or panel to connect to, we plan it together with custom software development. If you are considering an app for your store, see also e-commerce store setup.
Pricing
The price is settled in a written quote
Because it depends on the scope, we do not write this service's price on the page. Tell us what you want; we will send the scope and price line by line in writing. A quote does not commit you.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you also build iOS apps?
This service covers the Android app and the Google Play release. If you need iOS, we assess it separately.
In whose name is the Google Play account opened?
Yours. The account, the app and the store data stay with you; we help with the setup.
Do you guarantee the app will be published on Google Play?
No. The store review belongs to Google. We prepare everything completely according to Google's rules, but we cannot decide the approval or the time it takes.
Do you write the privacy policy?
We help prepare a draft based on the app's data flow. The legal accuracy of the text and responsibility for data processing belong to your business.
Do you provide updates after release?
Yes. We publish bug fixes and new features as versions. The scope and duration are written in the quote.
Can you turn my existing website into an app?
It depends on the scope. We first discuss which screens and functions are needed in the app, then write a scope.
Let us send you the scope in writing.
A quote does not commit you; we settle the scope together and price it line by line.
